a) Singular:

Aktive: She had told a story.

Passive: A story had been told by her.

Passive Question: Had a story been told by her?

Negation: A story had not been told by her.

b) Plural:

Aktive: They had built a new street.

Passive: A new street had been built by them.

Passive Question: Had a new street been built by them?

Negation: A new street had not been built by them.
