Das Modalverb "dürfen" wird im Englischen mit "to be allowed to" gebildet

Present Simple: He is allowed to go to the cinema.

Past Simple: He was allowed to go to the cinema. 

Present Perfect: He has been allowed to go to the cinema. 

Past Perfect: He had been allowed to go to the cinema

Will-Future: He will be allowed to go to the cinema.

Present Simple: He isn't allowed to go to the cinema.

Past Simple: He wasn't allowed to go to he cinema.
